Turnstile divider
Depending on the design, the fed material is first homogenized and metered to the dividing plate. The material is divided using rotary arms, which distribute the material on a dividing plate.
Laboratory sample splitter for the simple manual division of bulk materials to obtain two representative partial samples by alternating sequences. By repeating the dividing process, the divided sample can be halved again and again, so that dividing ratios of 1/2n can be realized.

Feed grain size
The maximum feed grain size should be approx. 1/3 smaller than the cell width of the divider. For higher demands on dividing accuracy and function, the max. grain size should be max. 1/3 of the cell width.
Operating behavior & mechanical features
Laboratory sample splitters can be used for the quantitative division of dry, granular, powdery samples. The entire Laboratory sample splitter, including the three collecting boxes, is made of stainless steel. This makes it ideal for reducing the sample material on site. It can be used without a power connection, is simple to operate and easy to clean.
