Suspension control screening machine SKS
If agglomerates or foreign matter need to be removed from highly viscous, thixotropic or solvent-containing products in a completely closed system, the SKS is the first choice.
Compact dimensions and a low overall height allow the PERFLUX to be installed even in confined spaces. With sizes from 150 – 800 mm screen diameter, we cover a wide throughput range from a few liters per hour up to several tons per hour.
PERFLUX: Short cleaning times, fast operational readiness
All parts of the PERFLUX that come into contact with the product can be removed quickly and without tools, so that only short cleaning times are required for regular cleaning, as is usually the case when changing batches, and the machine is quickly ready for use again.

Operating behavior & mechanical features
Our Control screening machine PERFLUX have a highly rigid aluminum frame, which is excited by an attached unbalanced flange motor to a wobble-like oscillating movement. This wobbling motion enables highly efficient and powerful screening with just one drive, which keeps investment and operating costs low. Thanks to the compact dimensions of the machine, it can be integrated anywhere, usually also into existing production processes without any problems.
