Rolled baking belts

Rolled backing belts are a special product in terms of material quality, spiral design, tolerances and technical application requirements. This allows you to achieve simple installation and maintenance at low cost as well as a long service life.

Apart from that, it is the only baking belt for which a special cleaning device has been developed that makes brushing systems more efficient.

Rolled baking belts are used instead of sheet steel belts in the production of all types of long-life baked goods, especially cookies, if the dough consistency does not require a completely closed belt.

Compared to other mesh belts, rolled baking belts have the advantage of being thinner and having a flat surface. The baked goods have a flat surface, the amount of broken pieces is reduced and the inevitably flat underside of the baked goods makes subsequent packaging easier.

The good air permeability of rolled baking belts is the best prerequisite for perfect heat circulation and thus for efficient heating of the ovens and acceleration of the baking process.

CLEANBELT ® cleaning system

The maintenance-free CLEANBELT ® cleaning system was specially developed for STEINHAUS rolled baking belts.

The spirals of the rolled baking belts have a constant number of turns over the entire length of the belt. CLEANBELT ® utilizes this advantage of the constant number of stitches across the belt width by breaking up soiling on the baking belt without leaving out a stitch.

The downstream brush systems of the oven can thus remove dirt better and more effectively if used appropriately.
